Non-custodial. Angel Industries never holds, controls, or has access to customer funds, wallets, or private keys. All funds remain in customer-controlled wallets at all times.

No financial advice. Nothing on this site or in any related communication constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

No profit guarantees. Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, including paper trading results, does not indicate future results.

No refunds. All sales are final. Setup fees and monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

Customer responsibility. You are solely responsible for your wallet security, your trading decisions, and compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Service availability. Angel Industries does not guarantee uninterrupted service. VPS availability, RPC availability, and blockchain network conditions are outside our control.

Limitation of liability. Angel Industries is not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, failed transactions, or other damages arising from use of the software.

Changes. These terms may change. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
